Coming recently from a software development background in Java/C# that spanned two decades, I now work as a Product Manager and Team Lead to plan and oversee the development of features and improvements in the product, and set the priorities and goals of development together with my fellow PMs.

I have been with Nordkap from the beginning of its growth phase, being the first non-founder employed. Apart from programming, the chance to jump in at an early stage to help build a professional development team with appropriate processes and tools appealed to me, as well as working with great people.

My superpower is over-preparing.

When I'm not working I'm dabbling in various activities that I seldom pursue to competence: musical instruments and composition, game design, electronics, table-top role playing, the Maker movement, to name a few. I also love wrapping gifts.
