At Nordkap, I lead the process of setting the overall strategy and direction of our product and tech together with the rest of the team. I have the honour of leading an awesome team of Product Managers, Developers and Interaction Designers. We work in autonomous teams where we set our own goals and objectives. Together, we focus on building the right stuff, at the right time and in the right way - to make sure our customers continuously enjoy the best possible product in the market.

There are several reasons behind my choice to join the Nordkap team. The problem we solve brings true value to the market and there are many more challenges ahead that our customers appreciate help with, giving us plenty of fun things to innovate on in the long-run. Another reason would be the amazing first impressions with future colleagues, everyone was (is) so positive, helpful and competent. 

If I had a superpower, I would love to be able to transport myself between time and space. Imagine just being able to think of a magical place, close your eyes, and once you open them up again - you're there! Wow! In real life however, I believe it's about innovating and always looking for ways to manage processes and situations in a better way (solving problems). Perhaps one day I will invent the means to be able to achieve my true superpower! 

In my sparetime I love to hang out with my better half, friends and Milton (small dog called Milton). We both have our favourite thing in common, namely chasing around trying to catch balls of different kinds (tennis, padel, football, golf).
